Tom is a life-long resident of South Jersey and is a graduate of Rowan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Business Management.

 

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

He works in the Auditing, Accounting and Tax Departments, which includes various government entities, nonprofits and businesses. Tom also assists with new and refunded debt issues.
